Sara Moore serves on the board of the New Mexico Kidney Foundation and brings a blend of professional expertise and personal experience to support families navigating kidney disease. As a nonprofit and healthcare strategist, Sara has led multimillion dollar grant initiatives, built statewide coalitions, expanded access to caregiver education and support programs, and strengthened operational structures for mission driven organizations.
Her work includes advancing health equity, supporting caregiver networks, and designing statewide community outreach programs. Sara also serves as Executive Director of ACEC New Mexico and founder of Efficient C Suites, where she provides strategic and operational guidance to nonprofits and health based initiatives.
As someone living with stage 3A Chronic Kidney Disease, Sara understands the challenges patients face and brings that perspective to her leadership. She is committed to raising awareness of kidney health, improving access to early detection and support resources, and helping the Foundation expand its reach across New Mexico.
