Dental Scholarship Program
The New Mexico Kidney Foundation is proud to offer the Dental Scholarship Program. The program will assist patients who require dental work before receiving a dental clearance for kidney transplant. Many New Mexicans do not have dental insurance, which can prevent those in kidney failure from receiving a kidney transplant.
The New Mexico Kidney Foundation assists patients along the path to getting their transplant by providing a Dental Scholarship to those who do not have insurance.
The scholarship will be awarded annually to at least 12 patients who are awaiting a kidney transplant.
Apply to the Dental Scholarship
If you are working with your transplant team to achieve a required dental clearance, please fill out the attached form and mail it to us. In addition, you may ask a member of your transplant team to assist you in filling out this necessary paperwork.
