With thirty years of experience Gary has gained the reputation as a strategic management consultant and facilitator who delivers results. He brings groups to clarity, direction and achievement from uncertainty, crisis and the chaos in today’s turbulent economic environment. Gary employs a systems approach to strategic planning and implementation and to facilitating team and group meetings. He facilitates with passion, sensitivity, focus and a no-nonsense approach that enables others to discover and execute their own strategies; their own meeting resolutions: their own learning’s: and their own innovations. He is committed to others’/clients’ success.
Gary is especially effective at facilitating groups that are struggling with highly charged emotional issues, whether they be strategic or operational. He facilitates the group to coalesce and to reach a consensus agreement on an outcome that is acceptable to all involved.
Gary was a principal with the Centre for Strategic Management, and is highly qualified, experienced and knowledgeable to facilitate an organization to develop a strategic plan and most importantly, integrate a management system for its successful execution.

Gary served/servesas Chairman of the Board for Catholic Charities, on the board of directors for the HE Foundation and the American Business Management Solutions, Inc. Gary authored “Facilitating Techniques and Tools” for professional facilitators, co-authored the book, “50 One-Minute Tips for Leaders”, an article titled “Group Facilitation: Best Practices”, and contributed to Steve Haines book, “Pearls of Wisdom” – a facilitator’s tool kit. He is a graduate of Drake University’s School of Business Management and a limited liability corporation partner in two businesses.
Gary’s home is with his loving wife, Gloria. Now retired he is able to give more time to serving the needs of Immaculate Conception Church, i.e., Lector, Eucharistic Minister, serving on the Finance Council, on the board of directors of the Faith and Justice Center, Inc. Chairing the ICC Fund raising Committee, and the annual Winter Ball.
